Cord blood injection could be new hope for chronic back pain sufferers

Summary

This early-stage study is testing whether an injection made from cord blood plasma and cells, called Alocyte, is safe for people with back pain caused by worn-out facet joints. The study will enroll 15 adults and give them one of three doses to check for side effects and see if it helps reduce pain and inflammation.
