Summary
This is an early-stage study testing the safety of an experimental drug called ALN-ANG3 in healthy adults who have high cholesterol and triglyceride levels. The main goal is to see what side effects might occur and how the drug moves through the body. The study will involve 59 participants who will receive either the drug or a placebo.
