Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new drug called ALN-4324. It aims to see if the drug is safe and can help control blood sugar in adults with type 2 diabetes who are also overweight or obese. The study will first test single doses in healthy volunteers, then test multiple doses in people with diabetes.
