Summary
This study is testing whether eating almonds after exercise helps muscles recover better than eating a cereal bar. Researchers will measure muscle soreness, strength changes, and body composition over an 8-week weight training program. The goal is to see if almonds can reduce post-workout soreness and help people build strength more effectively.
