Summary
This study looks at whether eating almonds twice a day for 12 weeks can improve physical function, aerobic capacity, and activity levels in overweight but active adults aged 50-59. Participants will compare almond snacks to a calorie-matched control snack. The goal is to see if almonds' nutritional benefits can enhance energy, performance, and overall well-being.
