Kitchen staple takes on prescription cream in skin spot showdown
NCT ID NCT04875715
Summary
This study is testing whether applying almond oil nightly works as well as a prescription cream (hydroquinone) to reduce the appearance of facial dark spots. It will involve 50 women with darker skin tones and will also check if either treatment changes the balance of bacteria on the skin. The goal is to see if a natural oil can be a gentler alternative for managing skin discoloration.
