Summary
This early-stage study tests the safety of an experimental injection called Allocetra-OTS for people with severe knee osteoarthritis who are considering surgery. The treatment is given directly into the knee joint. The main goal is to see if it is safe, but researchers will also check if it helps reduce pain. The study involves 18 adults aged 18 and older.
