Summary
This early-phase study tested a new type of cancer treatment called ALLO-501, which uses donor immune cells engineered to attack lymphoma cells. It was given to 50 adults with large B-cell or follicular lymphoma that had come back or stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goal was to check safety and find the right dose, while also seeing how well it worked.
