Summary
This study is testing whether a special 3-day program called Alliance180, which includes time with horses, can improve mental and physical well-being. It is for U.S. veterans, first responders, and frontline healthcare workers who are dealing with stress or trauma. Researchers will measure changes in anxiety, depression, PTSD symptoms, and sense of safety before and after the program.
