New hope for leukemia patients when cancer returns after transplant

Summary
This study tests whether the drug Inotuzumab can eliminate tiny amounts of returning cancer cells in patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) who have already undergone a stem cell transplant. The goal is to prevent a full cancer relapse and improve survival. Researchers will enroll 42 patients to measure how effectively the drug clears these residual cancer cells and monitor side effects.
