Summary
This phase 2 study tested an experimental drug called ALKS 2680 in 93 adults with narcolepsy type 2, a condition causing severe daytime sleepiness. Participants took either the drug or a placebo daily to see if it safely improved their ability to stay awake. The trial is now complete, and results will show if the drug reduces sleepiness better than a dummy pill.
