Summary
This study will offer 3700 young people (ages 15-35) in Cape Town a choice of HIV prevention methods, including a new twice-yearly injection called lenacapavir, a two-monthly injection (cabotegravir), or daily pills. Participants can switch methods at any time and will be followed for 18 months. The goal is to see which options people stick with best and how to deliver them effectively in clinics and mobile services.
