Summary

This study looks at whether the Alexander technique, a method that teaches better posture and movement habits, can improve upper limb control and quality of life in children with Duchenne muscular dystrophy. The study will include 33 children aged 5 to 9. Researchers will measure changes in how well children control their shoulders, arms, and hands during daily tasks.
