Summary
This study aims to understand the natural progression of Alexander Disease, a rare disorder that affects the brain and nervous system. Researchers will follow 200 patients over time, tracking changes in their movement, speech, swallowing, and quality of life. The information gathered will be used to design better future treatment trials.
