NCT ID NCT07245381

Summary

This study is testing whether alendronate, a medication typically used for osteoporosis, can help prevent pelvic fractures in cervical cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy and radiation. Researchers will enroll 65 patients to see if the drug strengthens bones and reduces fracture risk while monitoring side effects and quality of life. The goal is to find a way to protect patients from this painful complication of cancer treatment.
