New drug aleeto tested for rare brain disease – early safety check

Summary

This early-phase study tests whether a new drug, Aleeto, is safe and tolerable for people with Multiple System Atrophy (MSA), a rare and serious brain disorder. About 20 participants will receive the drug and be monitored for side effects and any signs of symptom improvement. The goal is to gather initial safety data, not to cure the disease.
