New cancer drug targets specific protein in advanced tumors

Summary
This early-stage trial is testing a new drug called ALE.P03 in adults with advanced or spreading cancers that have a specific protein marker (CLDN1+). The study aims to find a safe and effective dose and see if the drug can shrink tumors. It will enroll 180 patients with cancers like lung, colorectal, cervical, and others who have tried standard treatments.
