Summary
This study tests a new drug called ALE.P03 in adults with advanced cancers (cervical, lung, colorectal, bile duct, or bladder) that have not responded to standard treatments. The drug is an antibody-drug conjugate designed to target a protein called Claudin-1 found on these tumors. The goal is to find the safest and most effective dose and see if it can shrink tumors.
