Summary
This study tests whether a daily food supplement called PICOZYME ET, which contains an enzyme called ALDH, can reduce tremors and improve daily activities in people with essential tremor. Forty adults with stable medication will take the supplement for three months. Researchers will measure tremor severity and quality of life using standard scales, along with blood and brain imaging tests.
