Summary

This study aims to better understand alcohol use problems by observing a large group of people over time. It will enroll up to 7,500 adults, including those with alcohol problems (whether they want treatment or not) and healthy volunteers. Researchers will collect detailed health information, genetic data, and brain scans to learn how alcohol affects the body and mind, with the goal of improving future prevention and treatment.
