Summary

This study tests a computer-based training program designed to change the automatic urge to approach alcohol in people being treated for alcohol use disorder. 112 participants will be randomly assigned to one of three versions of the training, including a sham version. The goal is to see if adding a planning strategy makes the training more effective at reducing alcohol-related thoughts and drinking behavior.
