Summary

This study is testing a 5-6 week behavioral therapy program designed to help women who have experienced a sexual assault in the past year and are struggling with alcohol use and post-traumatic stress. The research aims to see if this combined approach is practical, acceptable, and shows early signs of reducing drinking days and PTSD symptoms. Participants complete therapy sessions, surveys, and some brief daily check-ins on their smartphones.
