Can a calorie count on your pint curb drinking? scientists test the theory in real pubs

NCT ID NCT07103967

Summary

This study aimed to see if showing calorie information on alcohol menus or offering smaller drink sizes would lead people to drink less. Researchers tested this during real pub quiz nights with over 300 regular drinkers. They measured how many drinks and calories people consumed to see if these simple menu changes made a difference.
