Summary
This study tests a new drug combination for adults recently diagnosed with AL amyloidosis, a rare disease where abnormal proteins build up in organs. About 60 participants will receive belantamab mafodotin plus standard chemotherapy to see if it improves blood and organ health. The goal is to control the disease and reduce organ damage.
