New drug trial targets rare, painful tumors that Won't stop growing

Summary
This study is testing whether the drug AL102 can safely slow or stop the growth of desmoid tumors—rare, non-cancerous growths that can cause pain and damage nearby tissues. It involves about 200 adults and teenagers whose tumors are actively progressing. Participants will receive either AL102 or a placebo to compare how well the drug controls tumor growth and reduces symptoms.
