Blood test could predict which amyloidosis patients will respond best to treatment

NCT ID NCT06627309

Summary

This study aims to determine if early blood test results can predict which patients with AL amyloidosis will achieve complete remission with daratumumab-based treatment. Researchers will follow 50 patients receiving standard therapy to see if blood measurements taken just one week after starting treatment accurately forecast long-term outcomes. The goal is to help doctors identify which patients are responding well early in their treatment course.
