First seen Nov 19, 2025 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study collects blood and urine from 800 adult ICU patients to see if a lab test called ProNephro AKI (NGAL) can help predict who will develop moderate to severe acute kidney injury within 48-72 hours. The goal is to find the right cutoff value for the test. Participants must be 22 or older and have a urine sample taken within 24 hours of ICU admission.
