Summary
This study compares two different drug combinations for people newly diagnosed with advanced colorectal cancer that has spread. It tests whether adding a new drug called AK112 to standard chemotherapy works better and is as safe as the current standard treatment of bevacizumab plus chemotherapy. The trial will involve 560 participants and measure how long the cancer stays under control and how long patients live.
