New drug duo aims to shrink Hard-to-Treat colon tumors

Summary

This study tests two experimental drugs, AK112 and AK117, alone or together, in people with metastatic colorectal cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to see if these drugs can shrink tumors or slow the disease. About 254 participants will be enrolled, and the study will track side effects and how long any benefits last.
