Summary

This study tests two experimental drugs, AK112 and AK117, alone or together, in people with metastatic colorectal cancer that cannot be removed with surgery. The goal is to see if the drugs can shrink tumors or slow the disease. About 254 participants will be enrolled, and the study will monitor side effects and how long any benefits last.
