Summary

This study aims to understand how often patients have high airway opening pressure after heart surgery and whether it affects their recovery. Researchers will observe 196 adults who need breathing machine support after elective heart surgery. The goal is to gather information that could help doctors personalize ventilator settings for better patient care.
