This study aims to create international expert agreement on the best methods to clear mucus and maintain airways in critically ill patients who are on breathing machines. It does not test treatments on patients but instead gathers opinions from 35-40 experienced healthcare professionals worldwide through structured surveys. The goal is to develop clearer guidance for nurses and doctors to improve care and prevent complications in intensive care units.
