Can a walk in the park or a healthy diet protect your heart from pollution?
NCT ID NCT07111208
Summary
This study aims to understand how tiny air pollution particles and noise affect heart and metabolic health in middle-aged city residents. It will also test if simple lifestyle changes, like daily walks in green spaces or following a Mediterranean diet, can help lower these health risks. About 180 participants will be randomly assigned to one of these lifestyle groups or a control group for one week, with health measurements taken before and after.
