Buffalo study tests if free exercise classes beat pollution fears
NCT ID NCT06386055
Summary
This is a small pilot study to see if providing free physical activity courses can help adults in Buffalo become more active, even when they might be worried about air pollution. Researchers will enroll 24 adults to test their ability to recruit people and see if participants stick with the exercise program. The main goal is to gather initial data to see if a larger study on this topic is feasible.
