Can your smartwatch beat obesity? AI-Powered program put to the test
NCT ID NCT06630663
Summary
This study is testing whether adding a wearable fitness tracker and an AI-powered smartphone app to a standard diet and exercise program helps obese adults lose more weight and improve their health. About 120 participants will follow a 6-month personalized program, with some using the extra tech for tracking and coaching. The main goal is to see which approach leads to better weight loss and improvements in measures like blood pressure and cholesterol.
