AI coach vs paper: which helps MS patients get stronger?
NCT ID NCT06871072
Summary
This study tested whether an AI-powered smartphone app could help people with multiple sclerosis (MS) build strength better than traditional paper-based exercise plans. For 20 weeks, 58 participants did strength training three times a week, with one group using the AI app for guidance and the other using paper handouts and videos. Researchers measured changes in strength, endurance, walking ability, and fatigue to see which method was more effective.
