Can AI outthink your Child's doctor? study puts both to the test
NCT ID NCT07179861
Summary
This study tested how well artificial intelligence (AI) tools perform on standardized pediatric medical cases compared to doctors. It also checked whether showing AI suggestions to doctors could improve their answers. About 30 pediatric specialists completed case scenarios, with half getting to see AI suggestions before finalizing their answers. The goal was to understand if and how AI could safely assist doctors in making clinical decisions for children.
