Summary

This study tested whether artificial intelligence (AI) could help primary care doctors find hidden heart defects in children. Nearly 20,000 children aged 0-18 were screened using either a doctor's stethoscope alone or a stethoscope with AI assistance. The goal was to see if AI could reduce missed cases and improve early detection of congenital heart disease.
