Summary
This three-year study aims to understand how groups of symptoms relate to frailty in adults born with heart defects. Researchers will use artificial intelligence to analyze voice patterns for signs of emotion and test if counseling guided by this AI can improve mental health, fatigue, and quality of life. They will follow 410 participants, comparing those who receive the AI-guided counseling to those who receive standard care.
