NCT ID NCT07172113
Summary
This study is testing whether a brief therapy session delivered by an artificial intelligence therapist in virtual reality can help reduce symptoms of depression. It will involve 60 young adults in Hong Kong who report depressive symptoms, comparing the VR therapy to a waiting list. The goal is to see if this interactive, digital approach can make effective mental health support more accessible and engaging.
