Summary

This study tested whether a computer program called Nelli could automatically detect seizures in children by watching video recordings. The software analyzed videos of 150 children, aged 6 to 21, who were suspected of having seizures. Researchers compared the AI's findings to the current gold standard, which is expert review of combined video and brainwave (EEG) data, to see if it was accurate.
