Can an AI coach outperform human training plans?
NCT ID NCT07374016
Summary
This study aims to see if a personalized, AI-driven training strategy can help trail runners improve their race performance while reducing injuries and fatigue. It will compare three types of training plans: a generic one, a personalized one, and one that adapts in real-time based on the runner's data. The goal is to learn how to best use technology to help athletes train smarter, not just harder.
