Smart toothbrush trial aims to transform dental care for kids with autism
NCT ID NCT07160517
Summary
This study is testing whether a smart electric toothbrush with an app and visual picture guides can help children with autism improve their toothbrushing. Researchers will compare the new AI toothbrush system against using a regular manual toothbrush with picture guides. They will measure changes in plaque, gum health, and how well children stick to the brushing routine.
