NCT ID NCT05746247

Summary

This study aims to find people with a genetic form of high cholesterol called familial hypercholesterolemia (FH) who may not know they have it. Researchers will use a computer tool to scan Penn Medicine patient records and identify those at high risk. They will then test different ways to encourage doctors and patients to follow up for proper diagnosis and treatment.
