AI steps in to guide risky heart treatment decisions
NCT ID NCT07426107
Summary
This study aims to create an artificial intelligence (AI) tool to help doctors make better decisions about heart procedures for patients who have both coronary artery disease and a rare bleeding disorder called immune thrombocytopenia (ITP). Researchers will look back at past patient records to build the AI model and then test it by following new patients forward in time. The goal is to provide personalized risk predictions to improve care for this high-risk group.
