Can AI ease Doctors' mental load when reporting rare cancers?

NCT ID NCT06026098

Summary

This study aims to see if using artificial intelligence (AI) can make it easier for doctors to write detailed reports about rare tumor cases. Ten physicians or medical trainees will try writing reports with and without AI help during a single 2-hour session. The main goal is to measure if the AI tool reduces their mental workload and frustration, which could encourage more reporting of rare medical events.
