NCT ID NCT07317661
First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study tests whether a short AI-powered explanation (like a smart pamphlet) can help patients better understand their artificial lens options before cataract surgery. About 70 adults will be split into two groups: one gets standard doctor counseling, the other gets the same plus an AI tool. Researchers want to see if the AI saves time and improves patient understanding and satisfaction.
