Summary
This study is testing whether a new AI tool can reduce the heavy paperwork burden on nurses. The software listens to conversations between nurses and patients and automatically drafts parts of the patient's digital chart. Researchers will measure if this saves nurses time on documentation and improves their job satisfaction and well-being.
