Can a computer make doctors more accurate?
NCT ID NCT07234539
Summary
This study is testing whether an artificial intelligence (AI) assistant can help medical students and doctors more accurately determine the stage and risk level of thyroid cancer from patient notes. 70 participants will review cases, with half using the AI tool and half not, to see if it improves accuracy, confidence, and speed. The goal is to understand if this type of AI tool is practical and helpful for real-world medical decision-making.
