This study is testing whether a new text-based AI platform can successfully recruit and connect pregnant people in Philadelphia to early care and information. The main goal is to see if enough people sign up through the texting service. Researchers will also check if participants find the platform helpful and if it affects their health outcomes and emergency room visits.
