Summary

This study tested a new telehealth platform that uses artificial intelligence to help adults with physical disabilities and chronic conditions like heart disease or diabetes better manage their health. Participants tried different versions of the program, some with scheduled coaching calls and some with game-like rewards, over six months. The main goal was to see if the program could improve their quality of life and self-management skills.
